About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of post-
qualification experience. The role offers significant exposure across accounting, taxation, and
financial management, along with the opportunity to work closely with leadership on strategic
financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting processes including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and
monthly/annual closures
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations
Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.), including filings and assessments
Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Monitor and manage working capital, cash flows, and liquidity planning
Assist in debt management, including coordination with lenders and tracking covenants
Lead and supervise a team of 1–2 executives to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Drive process improvements and implement best financial practices
Key Requirements :
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory)
1–2 years of relevant experience in a CA firm or financial/corporate environment
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
Exposure to working capital management, and debt management is preferred
Proven ability to manage small teams
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP systems)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
