Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Pune Division. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes. Responsibilities will include monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations, preparing financial statements, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth. The role also involves managing tax planning, optimizing cost-efficiency, and leading a team of finance professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Experience with Financial Reporting, Analysis, and creating Financial Statements
- Proficiency in Tax Planning, Compliance, and Regulatory Practices
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify revenue growth opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CA preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role
- Experience in facilities management-related industries is a plus
