Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune, India, for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Key responsibilities include developing financial strategies, overseeing financial risk management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with other departments for effective financial planning. The Finance Manager will play a vital role in improving organizational financial performance and facilitating sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance with financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial tools and software
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is an advantage
- Prior experience in a management or leadership role in financial operations is preferred
