Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Mundra. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes. The role includes ensuring compliance with financial regulations, monitoring cash flow, and leading a team to handle accounting functions effectively. Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to enhance the organization's financial health will also be a key focus.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Reporting processes
- Skills in Strategic Planning, Risk Management, and Cost Control techniques
- Competence in ERP software, Financial Modeling, and Data Management tools
- Outstanding leadership, team management, and communication abilities
- Capability to work in an on-site capacity in Mundra
- Proven track record in managing financial functions within a corporate environment
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable
