LXL Ideas Group is building platforms that strengthen school ecosystems across India and internationally; through School Cinema, SCIFF, Krayon and Mentor.
As we scale, we are looking for a Finance Manager who thinks like a business partner, not just an accountant. This role will drive the financial architecture of the Group and work closely with leadership to enable sustainable, profitable growth.
What You Will Own
• End-to-end business finance – planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow strategy
• Funding strategy – working with banks and financial institutions for structured finance
• Investor readiness – engaging with investment / equity firms for capital raising
• Profitability focus – partnering with business teams to improve margins and cost discipline
• Procurement systems and financial governance
• Financial controls, compliance and risk management
• Building and leading a high-performance finance team
• Driving tech adoption – ERP, analytics, automation and MIS frameworks
What We Are Looking For
• CA / MBA Finance or equivalent
• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Experience working with growth-stage businesses, SMEs or multi-vertical groups
• Exposure to fundraising, banking negotiations and investor conversations
• Strong commercial acumen – not just reporting, but decision support
• Systems-oriented mindset with comfort in technology and financial tools
• Leadership maturity and ability to work directly with founders and senior management
This is not a routine finance role.
This is a business leadership role anchored in finance.
