Job details:
We’re looking for a Finance Manager who can lead financial operations, optimize cash flow, and support fund-raising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to support business decisions
- Manage fund raising activities, including banking relations, investor coordination, and debt structuring
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring liquidity and working capital optimization
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Develop financial models and project proposals for new and ongoing projects
- Ensure timely MIS reporting, financial statements, and statutory compliance
- Handle project costing, profitability analysis, and cost control measures
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial strategy alignment
- Manage audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance (GST, Income Tax, etc.)
Requirements:
- CA / MBA (Finance) / Equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in financial planning, fund management, and budgeting
- Prior experience in EPC / Solar / Infrastructure industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
