Job Overview
The Corporate Finance team is at the heart of the company's capital strategy managing structured debt, equity linkages, SEBI regulated instruments, investment governance, and banking relationships. This role offers an exposure to real estate project finance, capital market instruments, investment governance, and banking & regulatory compliance making it an outstanding Launchpad for a career in corporate and strategic finance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring and executing debt and equity financing transactions, including term loans, ECB, NCDs, CCDs, and AIF instruments for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Support preparation of Information Memorandums, financial models, investor presentations, and investment appraisal notes (IRR, DCF, risk-adjusted returns) for lenders, capital market participants, and senior management.
- Coordinate with investment banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and private equity funds for fundraising, term-sheet negotiations, and due diligence processes.
- Track SEBI circulars, guidelines, and notifications relevant to listed real estate companies and assist in preparing Board and Audit Committee presentations on regulatory finance matters.
- Manage documentation and compliance for banking facilities loan agreements, charge creation, security perfection, limit renewals, NOCs while monitoring DSCR, LTV, and interest service coverage covenants.
- Support treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, short-term deployment of surplus funds, and preparation of quarterly bank reporting packs.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports and dashboards using MS Excel (Advanced), build corporate finance presentations in MS PowerPoint, and maintain documentation and data management via MS SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
