Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based at our Puri location. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities will also include managing financial compliance, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making. The role requires ensuring accurate bookkeeping, supervising audits, implementing cost-management strategies, and liaising with vendors and stakeholders to maintain financial health.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Strong knowledge of Financial Compliance and Auditing standards
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and implementing cost-management strategies
- Experience in Bookkeeping and usage of financial systems and software
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to oversee a team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or CPA/CA qualification is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry mandatory
