Finance Manager
Hotel & Hospitality Industry · Full-time
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our hospitality team. If you have a strong background in hotel finance operations and a passion for driving financial excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly P&L statements, cash flow reports, and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliation
- Liaise with department heads to support cost control and revenue optimisation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards
- Support senior management with strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Supervise and mentor the finance team
What we're looking for
- 5–10 years of finance experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA/CMA preferred)
- Proficiency in IDS (Integrated Destination Software) is a strong advantage
- Strong command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
