We are looking for a qualified finance manager to take ownership of financial compliance, cash flow management, vendor payment cycles, and internal financial operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality who can take the initiative and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax) and work with external stakeholders to facilitate filings and due diligence.
- Oversee the procure-to-pay cycle, maintain accounts payables, and ensure timely disbursements.
- Direct daily operations, including invoicing, expense reimbursements, bank reconciliations, and routine accounting entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, P&L statements, and executive financial dashboards.
What You’ll Bring to The Table:
- CA (qualified)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a Finance / Accounts role
- Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, including financial statement preparation
- In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proven experience in balance sheet finalisation, consolidation, and audit handling
- Exposure to big audit firms or handling complex audit environments is a strong advantage
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (Zoho Books or Tally)
