- Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Manager – Finance to lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations. The ideal candidate will drive financial planning, reporting, costing, compliance, working capital management, process automation, and strategic business support while ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Financial Reporting & Performance Management
- Lead monthly financial reporting, management MIS, and business performance reviews.
- Analyze sales, accounts receivable, raw material costs, sales pricing, margins, working capital, and budget variances.
- Prepare and monitor monthly EBITDA projections and investigate deviations.
- 2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Costing
- Manage annual budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Lead product costing, profitability analysis, and costing for new SKUs.
- Support pricing strategies and commercial decisions to improve profitability.
- 3. Treasury & Banking
- Coordinate banking activities and manage relationships with financial institutions.
- Review and regularize EDPMS and IDPMS open items.
- Monitor working capital and treasury-related activities.
- 4. Taxation, Statutory Compliance & Audits
- Supervise direct and indirect taxation and ensure statutory compliance.
- Coordinate income tax communications, submissions, and related requirements.
- Oversee internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Manage secretarial documentation, meeting minutes, and related records.
- 5. Finance Operations & Internal Controls
- Lead the Finance & Accounts function and supervise departmental activities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers, asset tagging, and financial controls.
- Manage insurance activities and support risk mitigation.
- Strengthen financial governance and internal control systems.
- 6. Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
- Drive ERP modifications, upgrades, and finance process improvements.
- Implement automation using macros, Power BI/Tableau, business intelligence tools, and AI-based forecasting models.
- Standardize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- 7. Strategic Business Support & Team Leadership
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, banks, and key stakeholders.
- Develop team capabilities and promote continuous improvement.
