Next Step HR is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, budgeting, taxation, financial reporting, cash flow, and statutory compliance while leading the finance team.

Partnering with renowned brands, the company provides end-to-end advertising solutions—from media planning and campaign execution to performance management—while driving impactful consumer engagement through strategic and creative outdoor media.
Location: Dahisar, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans while monitoring actual performance against targets.
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital requirements.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and internal audit processes.
- Monitor profitability and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Support business expansion, investment decisions, and financial planning initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
Required Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
