Job Description
We are looking for the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role requires a highly experienced finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s accounting and financial functions.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
- Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and policies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
- Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
Required Experience:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and compliance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS(Payroll)/ ERP systems/Tally, and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- CA qualification preferred; candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
