Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Lead and oversee end-to-end financial operations across India and UAE entities
- Ensure accurate accounting, financial controls, and process efficiency
Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Manage and ensure compliance with:
- VAT and Corporate Tax
- GST and TDS
- EPF & ESI regulations
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary actions
Audit & Reporting
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure and compliance
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, MIS, and dashboards to management
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in handling multi-entity or international financial operations (India & UAE preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory regulations
- Proven experience in audits, payroll, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
