Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing accurate financial reports, and optimizing resource allocation. The role will involve managing financial risks, supervising accounting processes, and working closely with leadership to drive financial decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance regulations
- Experience with financial analysis and risk management
- Proficiency in using Tally and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial management
- Ability to lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively
- MBA Finance or CA is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospital industry is highly preferred
