Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Surat. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, and developing budgets. Additional responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data, providing actionable insights for decision-making, and managing audits and external reporting. The role includes collaboration with stakeholders to support business strategies and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Audit Management
- Analytical capabilities for Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment
- Experience in Cash Flow Management and Investment Strategies
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CFA is an advantage
- Prior experience in manufacturing or sustainability-focused industries is a plus
