Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Responsibilities include managing financial planning and analysis, preparing budgets and forecasts, developing financial strategies, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Finance Manager will oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal audits. Additionally, the role will entail providing strategic financial insights to guide business decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Strong knowledge of Accounting practices, Auditing, and Tax Compliance
- Experience in Strategic Financial Planning and reporting
- Excellent command of financial software and tools, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, tally must.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
