Role Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The role ensures that financial practices align with business goals and regulatory requirements while supporting strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Planning
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Assessment
- Advanced proficiency in Accounting principles and related software
- Ability to lead financial audits and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or other relevant certification is a plus
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
