Role Overview
Kazam is looking for a driven and hands-on Finance Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to take end-to-end ownership of finance operations while contributing to the company’s growth
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Handle audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations
- Take complete ownership of finance processes and continuously improve them
- Support operational finance needs in a fast-paced startup environment
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the CFO based on performance
Candidate Profile
- CA with 2+ years of experience OR B.Com with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end finance functions
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving responsibilities
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
