Job Summary
The Finance Manager will oversee the organization’s financial operations, budgeting, accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and fund management. The role requires ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, cost control, and strategic financial planning to support organizational growth and sustainability.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
- Maintain proper internal financial controls and audit readiness.
Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and financial policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Administration & Coordination
- Manage financial documentation and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and consultants.
- Support procurement and vendor payment processes.
- Monitor financial risks and implement corrective measures.
- Provide financial guidance to departments for budget utilization.
