Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Noida. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the financial health of the company. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing accounts, tracking expenses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and evaluating financial risks. The role also involves liaising with internal departments, external stakeholders, and auditors to enhance financial strategies and streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and maintaining financial documentation
- Expertise in accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools
- Exceptional analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
- Experience in the fashion or retail sourcing industry is advantageous
