Role Description
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of the organization. We are a fast-growing startup looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of
experience to join our finance team in a controllership role. This is a hands-on opportunity to
manage core finance operations, ensure strong compliance, and work closely with auditors in a
dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Accounts Payable (AP): Manage vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment cycles;
ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee invoicing, collections, and receivables reconciliation; drive
closure of outstanding dues
• Financial Reporting: Handle monthly/quarterly close and prepare financial statements with
audit-ready documentation
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements;
manage timely filings
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare periodic MIS reports, track key metrics, and support management with
actionable insights
• Audit Management: Coordinate with statutory auditors (Big 4 preferred), manage audit schedules,
and ensure timely closure
• Controls & Processes: Strengthen internal controls, identify gaps, and drive process
improvements/automation.
Qualifications :-
• Qualified CA with 1–2 years post-qualification experience
• Prior startup experience preferred
• Experience working with Big 4 firms is a strong advantage

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
