Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to handle end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial planning within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete finance function including General Ledger, Journal Entries, P&L, and Cash Flow management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Taxation & Compliance:
- Strong hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation
- Manage GST filings, TDS compliance, and statutory requirements
- Knowledge of Labour Welfare Fund (LWF / MLWF) is good to have
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements
Key Requirements:
- 10–12 years of relevant finance experience (mandatory)
- Prior experience working with IT / ITES / Technology companies
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
- Ability to independently manage finance operations
