About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, manage US & Indian entities, drive data-driven decision-making, and lead cross functional stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial management, cash handling, data analysis, reporting, and team leadership, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Operations
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Oversee fund management and ensure effective utilization of financial resources. Handle financial activities related to US & Indian entities and support financial governance requirements.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures. Data Analysis & Visualization
Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business and leadership decision-making.
Develop financial models and performance reports to provide actionable business insights.
Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs. Stakeholder & Team Management
Collaborate with leadership, business teams, auditors, and external stakeholders to support strategic and operational objectives.
Present financial performance, forecasts, and recommendations to management.
Lead, mentor, and manage finance team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial outputs.
Foster collaboration across departments and drive continuous process improvements. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal policies.
Support audit processes and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or related functions.
Experience handling financial operations and reporting for US & Indian entities.
Strong experience in cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in financial data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance applications.
Experience managing and mentoring a team.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Experience working in SaaS, technology, fintech, or multinational organizations.
Experience creating executive dashboards and management reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
