Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager with experience in startup and automotive finance to strengthen our financial operations.This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune City for a Finance Manager.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial planning
✔ Ensure GST compliance and taxation processes
✔ Handle day-to-day accounting and financial reporting
✔ Work closely with leadership on financial strategy
✔ Maintain and optimize financial systems (Zoho Books preferred)
🎯 Requirements:
• Strong understanding of startup finance
• Hands-on experience with GST & compliance
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar tools
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
