US Finance Manager
Location: Noida Sector 63
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Package: ₹12 LPA – ₹20 LPA (Depending on Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented US Finance Manager to lead and manage our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in US accounting, financial reporting, taxation, accounts receivable/payable, and team management. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the US accounting and finance team
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Review bank reconciliations, general ledger, P&L statements, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor accounting operations and implement process improvements
- Prepare and review MIS reports and financial analysis
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all accounting activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in US Accounting and Finance
- Expertise in AR, AP, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Good knowledge of US taxation and compliance
- Proven experience in managing accounting teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong exposure to US accounting processes and tax knowledge
- Experience in leading finance/accounting teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and process-driven environment
- Good command Over English
