Hiring: Finance Manager
for Gabion Technologies India Ltd.
Gabion Technologies India Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly accountable Finance Manager to lead and manage the complete finance and accounts function of the company.
The role requires a person who can take full ownership of the accounts department, ensure smooth execution of all finance-related activities, maintain strict financial discipline across the organization, and drive strong payment recovery and receivables management.
This is a leadership role involving team handling, financial controls, client coordination, compliance management, reporting, and cash flow monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Complete Finance & Accounts Management
- Handle end-to-end finance and accounting operations of the company
- Ensure accurate accounting, bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee daily accounting entries and financial transactions
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and yearly accounts
2. Team Leadership & Process Management
- Lead and supervise the entire accounts team
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor timely completion of tasks
- Ensure discipline, accountability, and process compliance within the department
- Improve internal controls and financial systems for operational efficiency
3. Payment Recovery & Receivables Management (Major Responsibility)
- Take complete ownership of payment follow-ups and outstanding collections
- Coordinate with clients for timely release of payments
- Maintain ageing analysis and monitor overdue receivables
- Work closely with management and project/sales teams to improve collections
- Ensure regular follow-ups, documentation, and escalation wherever required
- Strong focus on cash flow management and reduction of payment delays
4. Banking & Cash Flow Management
- Manage banking operations, fund flow, and working capital requirements
- Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity planning
- Handle vendor payments, client receipts, and financial scheduling
- Coordinate with banks for limits, documentation, and banking requirements
5. Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of:
GST
TDS
Income Tax
PF & ESIC
ROC and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with CA, auditors, consultants, and government authorities
Handle internal and external audits smoothly
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and present:
MIS reports
Cash flow reports
Receivables reports
Expense analysis
Financial statements
Support management with financial data for decision-making and planning
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in finance, accounts, and payment recovery
- Ability to independently manage the complete finance department
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Good understanding of financial controls and compliance systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
- Strong command over Tally, Excel, and accounting software
Preferred Industry Experience
- Candidates from construction, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, EPC, or project-based industries will be preferred.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- CA qualification will be an added advantage
Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience preferred
Salary
₹12–14 LPA (depending on experience and profile)
