Finance Manager /

Location: Karnataka
We are hiring for a Finance Manager role at Flexiple, offering a high-ownership opportunity to work directly with leadership and contribute to building and scaling the finance function. Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in finance / accounting / FP&A
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Basic understanding of financial reporting, processes, or compliance
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus (not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial reporting, planning, and analysis
- Work on budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Assist in improving financial processes and controls
- Collaborate with leadership on business insights and decision-making
