Role Description
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for managing financial operations, billing, reporting, compliance, and business performance analysis.
The ideal candidate should have strong operational finance experience, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and payment tracking processes
- Monitor business P&L performance and conduct variance analysis for operational efficiency
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights for management review
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly closures, and cash flow planning
- Drive process improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency
- Maintain accuracy in financial records, documentation, and reporting systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making and scalability
Required
- 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounts, billing, or commercial operations
- Prior experience in logistics, EV, mobility, transportation, or fleet management industry preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, operational finance, and accounting processes
- Good knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and audit coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/MIS reporting tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment with ownership mindset
