Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Chennai. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, managing financial risks, ensuring tax compliance, monitoring cash flow, and developing strategies for financial optimization. The role also involves liaising with auditors, stakeholders, and management to maintain efficient financial operations and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in financial analysis, cash flow management, and developing financial strategies
- Proficiency in accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage audits, prepare financial reports, and present findings to stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are an advantage
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
