Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Wayanad, Kerala. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, prepare budgets, maintain accurate financial records, and generate reports. Responsibilities also include managing financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives. Leadership in financial planning and analysis will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Risk Assessment and Compliance with financial regulations
- Experience in Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Proficiency in tools for accounting, financial software, and Excel
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or related certifications is a plus)
- Prior financial management experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
