Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Sitapur. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business operations. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, analyzing financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with other departments to support overall business objectives. The Finance Manager will also take an active role in evaluating investment opportunities and providing strategic financial recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Analysis
- In-depth understanding of Compliance, Regulatory Standards, and Financial Policies
- Experience with Cash Flow Management and Investment Analysis
- Strong Analytical and Strategic Thinking abilities
- Exceptional Communication and Team Collaboration skills
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
