Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead Accounting & Compliance operations for both India and US entities. This role requires strong expertise in financial accounting, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy, governance, and timely compliance.

Key Responsibilities✔️ Manage end-to-end accounting – GL, AP, AR, payroll accounting
✔️ Handle month-end & year-end closures efficiently
✔️ Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits & transfer pricing compliance
✔️ Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
✔️ Coordinate with external auditors, consultants & regulatory authorities (GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA)
✔️ Strengthen internal controls & financial governance
✔️ Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
✔️ Support financial reporting as per Indian GAAP (US GAAP preferred)
✔️ Drive process improvements & automation in accounting operations
✔️ Lead, manage, and mentor the accounting team

Required Qualifications & Experience✔️ CA with 10–15 years of progressive experience in accounting & compliance (preferably in IT companies)
✔️ Strong exposure to Transfer Pricing & GST assessments
✔️ In-depth knowledge of Indian statutory requirements (US accounting exposure is a plus)
✔️ Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint
✔️ Hands-on experience with ZOHO & QuickBooks ERP systems
✔️ Proven team handling experience (5+ years)
