Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial analysis and reporting, develop budgets, and manage day-to-day financial operations. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing financial performance, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and evaluate investment opportunities.
Qualifications : US Process Experience Mandatory, R2R GL, with Lead Experience Mandatory minimum 7+ Years of Experience
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
- Strong knowledge in Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Investment Evaluation
- Familiarity with Accounting Principles, Compliance Regulations, and Taxation
- Advanced skills in Financial Modeling, Forecasting, and Data Analysis
- Proficient in using financial software and tools such as Excel, ERP systems, or other financial platforms
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in CA Inter Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CMA Preferred)
- Prior experience in a finance-related leadership role is a strong advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in remote and dynamic team environments
