Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Manage monthly/quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and risk management
- Oversee cash flow planning, working capital, and cost optimization
- Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights
- Drive audit readiness, tax compliance, and statutory requirements (India)
- Implement and enhance financial systems, dashboards, and automation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with ERP systems and financial analytics tools
