We’re looking for a Finance Manager who can go beyond reporting numbers and actually influence business decisions.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations—ensuring financial discipline while providing clear visibility into business performance. If you understand both the story behind the numbers and their impact on growth, this role will fit well.
What You’ll Own
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reporting
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the business
- Drive cost control and identify opportunities for financial optimization
- Partner with leadership to provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and tax requirements
- Build and improve financial processes, controls, and systems
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions
- Lead budgeting cycles and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders
- Track key financial metrics and highlight risks and opportunities
- Support business teams with financial insights and commercial understanding
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in finance, accounting, and business finance roles
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate financial insights in a clear, business-relevant way
