Financial Manager responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support informed business decisions. Role focuses on managing financial operations, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and performance summaries
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability across business operations
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and investment decisions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee financial controls, audits, and risk management practices
- Collaborate with leadership teams on financial strategy and performance improvement
- Supervise financial operations including reporting, reconciliations, and financial documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and cost management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling
- Experience using financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance
- Experience working with financial audits and compliance processes
- Familiarity with enterprise financial systems such as SAP or Oracle
