Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, managing accounting records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving strategies for optimal financial performance. Additionally, the role involves liaising with stakeholders and leading a financial team to execute projects effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong financial acumen with experience in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Regulatory Compliance
- Proven ability to conduct Due Diligence and manage financial operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Advanced skills in financial tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Understanding of Global Capabilities Centers (GCCs) is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable
