Hiring: Finance Manager / Business Finance Partner (Full-time / Part-time)

We are a fast-growing construction materials and real-estate–linked business looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who can help bring structure, clarity and financial discipline to the company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with a founder and building financial systems from the ground up.
About the Business
We are a multi-category building solutions store dealing in:
- Cement
- Paints
- Electricals
- Plumbing & pipes
- AAC blocks
- Construction chemicals
We are also expanding into real estate brokerage and project support services.
We are in the growth stage and looking to build strong financial systems to scale profitably.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional accountant role.
We are looking for a finance partner who will work closely with the founder on:
- Profitability
- Cash flow management
- Business planning
- Financial systems & reporting
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Create monthly profit & loss statements
- Build cash-flow tracking system
- Monitor business expenses & margins
- Help set monthly financial targets
Business Finance
- Working capital planning
- Vendor payment planning
- Sales vs expense analysis
- Pricing & margin guidance
Systems & Processes
- Build simple dashboards & reports
- Improve accounting and financial discipline
- Help prepare the business for scaling
Founder Support
- Provide financial clarity for decision making
- Help plan business expansion strategy
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in SME / trading / retail / construction businesses
- Is strong in Excel / Google Sheets
- Understands cash flow & working capital
- Can work independently and proactively
- Is comfortable working directly with a founder
Bonus if you have:
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance
- Experience in building materials / real estate / trading business
