Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: BonAiyu Health Pvt. Ltd., Jigani Industrial Area, Bengaluru
Department: Finance & Accounts
Working Days: 5 days a week with alternate Saturday working
Experience Required: 3-4 years
Salary: 45K to 55K per month. Candidates who are confortable with this salary should apply.
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage the company’s day-to-day finance, accounting, compliance, costing, banking, and reporting functions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, vendor payments, receivables, inventory-related accounting, and management reporting.
The role requires someone who can take ownership of the accounts department, maintain clean books, coordinate with CA/auditors, support management with MIS reports, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Ensure proper recording of purchase, sales, expenses, bank, cash, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate ledgers for vendors, customers, employees, and other parties.
- Reconcile books regularly and ensure accounting accuracy.
GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and coordinate GST filings, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return preparation.
- Coordinate with the CA for income tax, audits, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure all compliance deadlines are tracked and met.
Banking & Payments
- Handle bank reconciliations and payment planning.
- Prepare vendor payment schedules and ensure timely processing.
- Monitor cash flow and update management on fund requirements.
- Coordinate with banks for routine finance-related work.
Receivables & Payables
- Track customer receivables and follow up for overdue payments.
- Maintain vendor payable ageing and payment records.
- Reconcile customer and vendor balances on a regular basis.
- Support management in improving collections and payment discipline.
Costing & Inventory Accounting
- Support product costing, raw material costing, and batch-wise cost analysis.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for stock and inventory reconciliation.
- Track wastage, consumption, and inventory valuation.
- Help management understand product margins and profitability.
MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports including sales, expenses, profitability, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Share clear finance dashboards with management.
- Highlight risks, delays, pending payments, compliance gaps, and cost concerns.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Audit & Documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Maintain proper documentation for invoices, payments, statutory records, and approvals.
- Ensure books are audit-ready at all times.
- Implement better systems for documentation and finance control.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industry will be preferred.
- Ability to manage accounts independently.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with operations, purchase, sales, and management teams.
- Practical problem-solving attitude.
Qualification
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates will be preferred but not mandatory.
- Practical experience and ownership attitude are more important than only qualification.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be reliable, disciplined, and capable of managing the finance function with minimum supervision. The person should be comfortable working in a growing manufacturing company and should be able to bring structure, accuracy, and accountability to the accounts and finance department.
