Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Pune. The Finance Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the financial activities of the company. Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, the Finance Manager will oversee internal audits, compliance with financial regulations, and financial risk management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Regulatory Compliance
- Skills in Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Proficiency in Internal Audits and Financial Risk Management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
