Role Description The Finance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navsari. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for the different divisions of ABCD Group. The Finance Manager will monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The position involves analyzing financial performance, preparing management reports, supporting strategic decision-making, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors or advisors. The Finance Manager will also contribute to improving financial processes, implementing controls, and supporting leadership with insights that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring to support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and experience with financial systems or ERP tools.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) is an advantage.
- Experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance leadership role, preferably within services, solutions, or marketing-driven organizations, is highly beneficial.
