About Us
We are a fast-growing digital & production agency managing creator campaigns, brand shoots, studio operations, and end-to-end marketing solutions. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can handle the complete finance department, manage the internal team, and oversee all CA-level responsibilities with accuracy and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance & accounts team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee accounting functions including AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, cash flow management, and expense monitoring.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, balance sheets, and P&L.
- Handle CA-related responsibilities such as GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Work closely with management to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- CA/Inter-CA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience with mandatory team-handling exposure.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership qualities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve financial processes.
- Ability to introduce advanced financial systems or tools.
