Role Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee and manage financial operations at our headquarters in Gurugram. This is a full-time on-site role that involves planning and monitoring the company's financial strategy, analyzing financial data, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. The Finance Manager will collaborate with other departments to support organizational growth and compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities also include budget preparation, forecasting, and assisting in audits.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and interpreting financial data
- Experience with accounting practices and regulatory compliance
- Excellent knowledge of financial management software and tools
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments
- Strong communication and leadership qualities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA/CFA qualification is preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare or service industries is a significant advantage
