Overview:
The Urban Infrastructure & Tourism department at IPE Global Ltd. is looking for a Finance & Investment Facilitation Expert to join for a full-time, 2-year engagement in Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on financial aspects of projects, including financial viability analysis.
- Project structuring (especially for PPPs).
- Investment facilitation and promotion.
- Identifying funding sources (Central, IFIs, convergence).
- Assisting investors.
- Supporting financial negotiations for PPP projects.
- Participate in presentations with senior stakeholders and conduct consultations with relevant stakeholders as and when required.
- Provide technical inputs for the deliverables as required by the team.
- Provide valuable insights and support beyond defined project boundaries, leveraging expertise to navigate challenges and maximize project success.
- As and when required, represent the IPE Global team as an expert for major client meetings/business pitch meetings.
- Provide support to other projects as required, including undertaking site visits and field assessments based on project needs.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager/ Team Leader to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project objectives.
Requirements:
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / Masters in Infrastructure Engineering & Management / Masters in Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience, including: (a) Minimum 3 years of experience preparing financial models, analyzing project viability, identifying suitable PPP options, and structuring PPP Projects; (b) Experience in preparing financial models and project structuring for at least 2 PPP projects in Tourism / Infrastructure / Real Estate for Central/State Government/PSU; (c) Experience in investment promotion/facilitation activities.
