Job details:
The candidate would be required to work on a range of Valuation engagements for various purposes such as for Regulatory Compliances, Startup Funding, Financial Reporting, Disputes etc.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in conducting research and analysis to determine the value of businesses
- Preparing financial models and projections using MS Excel to support valuation reports
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, analysis documents, and supporting schedules
- Collaborating with team members to provide accurate and timely valuation services to clients
- Gaining exposure to various valuation methodologies and techniques used in the industry
Qualifications
- B com / MBA (Finance) / Pursuing CFA
- Well-presented & excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Preference to Gurgaon located candidate
