About the Role
Ridhira Group is looking for highly motivated Finance Interns from top-tier colleges and universities who are eager to build their careers in corporate finance, financial planning, accounting, MIS, and business operations. The intern will work closely with the Finance Leadership team and gain hands-on exposure across hospitality, wellness, real estate, and infrastructure business verticals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and budgeting activities
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Work on financial data analysis and reconciliations
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and financial summaries
- Support GST, TDS, audit, and compliance documentation
- Participate in business analysis and forecasting exercises
- Work on Excel-based financial models and reports
- Support process improvement initiatives within the finance department
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA Finance / BBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com / CA Inter candidates
- Strong academic background from reputed institutions
- Freshers or candidates with internship/project exposure in finance or accounts
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Professional communication and presentation capability
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally is an added advantage
