Role Description

We are looking to onboard two Finance Interns to support the finance function across

accounting, reporting and process documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to core

finance operations in a fast-growing startup environment and is suited for candidates who are

structured, detail-oriented, and keen to build strong fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation and maintenance of financial data and trackers
• Assist in review and reconciliation of accounting records and financial statements
• Work on MIS, reports and ad-hoc financial analysis using Excel / Google Sheets
• Document finance processes, workflows and operating checklists
• Coordinate with internal teams and external/outsourced finance partners
• Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and escalate them appropriately
• Support month-end and periodic closing activities
• Assist with compliance, audit, and documentation requirements as needed

Qualifications

• CA Inter / CA Final (pursuing)
• Must have completed CA Articleship
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (including handling large data sets)
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Comfortable asking questions and documenting processes clearly
• Ability to work independently with defined daily deliverables
