About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our Finance team. This role provides hands-on exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Operations
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Support vendor payments, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
- Help maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (Zoho Books or similar)
Financial Reporting
- Support preparation of MIS reports, financial summaries, and dashboards.
- Assist in tracking expenses, budgets, and cost allocations.
Audit & Documentation
- Help prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized financial records for audits and reviews.
Cross-functional Support
- Coordinate with teams for invoices, approvals, and financial data.
- Support ad-hoc finance projects and analysis.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
