Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented MBA (Finance & HR) Fresher to join our team as a Management Trainee. This role offers cross-functional exposure across Finance and Human Resources, providing hands-on experience in financial operations, budgeting, HR processes, talent management, and compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA graduate to build a strong foundation in both strategic and operational functions within a fast-paced AI organization.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

Support accounts payable/receivable processes

Perform basic financial analysis and variance analysis

Assist with payroll coordination and reconciliation

Support statutory compliance documentation and audits

Maintain financial records and MIS reports

Work with leadership on cost tracking and financial planning

HR Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination (screening, scheduling, onboarding)

Support employee onboarding and documentation processes

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Assist in payroll inputs and leave management

Support performance management processes

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives

Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

Required Qualifications

MBA in Finance & HR (Dual Specialization preferred)

Strong academic background

Basic understanding of financial statements and HR processes

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of payroll processing

Understanding of compliance and statutory requirements

Interest in AI-driven business environments
